Question 1

What areas does Madrid Cleaning Services cover?

Accepted Answer

All of Greater Houston — The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Tomball, Humble, Kingwood, Porter, Champions, Downtown Houston, the Heights, Willowbrook and Aldine, plus everywhere in between. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.

Question 2

How much does a cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of the property, how many bathrooms it has, how long since the last proper clean, and whether you want a standard or a deep clean. A one-bedroom apartment and a four-bedroom house are very different numbers. Quotes are free, there is no obligation, and you get the price before anything is booked.

Question 3

What hours are you open?

Accepted Answer

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday appointments are available at no extra charge, and offices can be scheduled outside those hours — evenings or weekends — so nobody is working around a vacuum.

Question 4

Do you offer any discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes — refer a friend, neighbor or coworker and you take 10% off your next clean. Almost all of Ruth's work comes from word of mouth, so we would rather put the money there than into advertising.

Question 5

What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

Accepted Answer

A regular clean covers what you see and use every day: kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors, dusting, trash and beds. A deep clean adds everything that needs real time — baseboards, door frames, inside the oven and fridge, cabinet interiors, grout, light fixtures, vents and window tracks. We usually recommend one deep clean to start, then a regular schedule to hold it there.

Question 6

Do I need to be home while you clean?

Accepted Answer

No, and most customers are not. You can let us in and leave, arrange a key or lockbox, or leave instructions with a front desk. Whatever you choose, we agree it before the first visit rather than working it out on the doorstep, and we lock up and message you when we are done.

Question 7

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — everything, including the vacuum. You do not need to keep anything in the house for us, and you do not need to buy anything before a visit. If you would rather we used a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us, and that is what we will use.

Question 8

How often should I book a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Most homes run best on every two weeks. Weekly suits larger households, homes with pets, and anyone who would rather never think about it. Monthly works for smaller or quieter homes but needs a bit more time per visit. We will tell you honestly which one your home needs rather than selling you the most frequent option.

Question 9

Can you clean an empty property for a move-out or inspection?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs we do. An empty property gets cleaned to a different standard because there is no furniture to hide anything: inside every cabinet and closet, inside the oven and fridge, the tracks, the trim and the blinds. Tenants book it to protect a deposit and landlords book it between tenancies.

Question 10

Why would I pay to have a garbage can cleaned?

Accepted Answer

Because a Houston summer turns an uncleaned bin into something you can smell from the driveway, and hosing it out in the yard mostly moves the problem onto your grass. We scrub the inside walls, base, rim and lid, treat what has dried on, deodorise, and leave the bin dry rather than damp. Most households want it monthly or quarterly through the hot months.
