Madrid Cleaning Services was built by Ruth Madrid on a simple promise: turn up when you said you would, clean the parts nobody checks as carefully as the parts everybody does, and leave a home someone is glad to walk back into. It has grown almost entirely by word of mouth across Houston, Spring, Cypress and The Woodlands — one neighbor telling another.
Cleaning in Houston teaches you things a checklist off the internet never will. Humidity that turns a bathroom into a problem in a fortnight and a garbage can into one in days. Pollen and dust that come back through the vents every spring. Older bungalows in the Heights with original wood and painted trim that the wrong product strips for good, and new builds out in Cypress and Porter still working construction dust out of their window tracks months after handover. We have learned all of it in real homes, and it is why our checklist looks the way it does.
Today we handle house cleaning, apartment cleaning, offices and small commercial spaces, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, recurring schedules, and curbside trash can cleaning — one team, with Ruth on the schedule. We are open Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and every quote is free.
